Woman drowns

A woman drowned in Modhumoti River at Char Kalna village under Lohagara upazila yesterday. The dead was identified as Mukta Begum, 25, wife of Lablu Mia of the village. Family sources said Mukta drowned in the river while taking bath at around 4:00pm.
