Former headmaster killed
A school teacher was murdered at Basail upazila yesterday morning over land dispute. The deceased is Yasin Ali, 70, of Sunna village and former headmaster of Abbasia High School in the upazila. Victim's brother Nurul Islam said, centering a previous quarrel over some trees on a disputed land, four neighbors attacked Yasin with sticks, leaving him dead on the spot.
