2 Hizb-ut Towhid men held
Police arrested two activists of HiZb-ut Towhid at 10:30 pm on Monday from near Garib Newaz Clinic at KDA Avenue under Khulna Sadar police station. The arrestees were identified as Mohammad Ishaque Ali and Khandaker Khairul Azam. Police recovered some booklets and leaflets from them which contain instructions and modus operandi of how to carry out militant activities, said OC Kamruzzaman. Ishaque Ali hails from Patiya upazila of Chittagong district while Khairul Azam is an inhabitant of Darogapara under Khulna Sadar PS.
