Police are yet to arrest Shahadat six days into the incident despite filing of a case, they said. Those who spoke at the rally are AHM Golam Shaheed Rangu, Saghata upazila chairman, Master Abdullah Akanda, former BNP president, Fajilatunnahar Parul, upazila vice-chairman, Moyen Prodhan Labu and Ferdoushi Begum. The speakers also threatened to go for a greater agitation if the killer was not arrested within next three days.
