Teenage girl's body recovered
Police yesterday recovered a body of a teenage girl from a ditch near Chitra Bridge at Hatbadia village under Narail municipality. Acting on a tip-off, a police team headed by SI Delwar Hossain rushed to the spot and recovered the body of the girl aged about 22. Later, police sent the body to Narail Sadar Hospital morgue for autopsy. The police official said, it was found to be bleeding from nostril and mouth. Locals apprehended that the girl might have been strangled after rape. However, police declined to comment anything before autopsy of the body.
