Lightning kills one

One person was killed and six others were injured by lighting at Gachban area under sadar upazila of Khagrachhari district yesterday. The deceased was identified as Sankar Chakma, 51, son of late Amal chakma. Police and locals said Sankar and six others were struck by lightening while gossiping at a place at the village at noon.
