Supplementary charge sheet
The Criminal Investigation Department (CID) on Monday submitted a supplementary charge sheet showing upazila BNP president Aminur Rahman Chowdhury alias Amin chairman as prime accused in the case for killing eleven at Banskhali.
Investigation Officer (IO) Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASP) of CID Hlaiching Pru submitted the supplementary charge sheet to the Senior Judicial Magistrate Court after seven years of the incident.
Thirty-nine people have been accused of the brutal incident in the charge sheet. Earlier, 31 people were accused in the first charge sheet submitted by first IO Clearance Gomez in 2005.
It is the eighth charge sheet in the case for killing 11 people of a Hindu family of Sadhanpur village of the upazila on November 18, 2003.
