Body recovered
Police yesterday recovered a body from Udhunia area under Ullahpara upazila of the district. The deceased was identified as Labu, 35, son of late Jabed Ali of Khaduli village of the upazila. Police said, Labu was missing since Sunday evening. Criminals might have slit his throat and dumped the body at the spot, they said. Later, police sent the body to Sirajganj General Hospital morgue for autopsy. A case was lodged with Ullahpara police station.
