Man murdered by sister-in-law in Pirojpur
A man, who was stabbed by his sister-in-law on Friday afternoon over a trifling matter at Charpukuria village in Sadar upazila, died at Khulna Medical College Hospital late at night.
The deceased was identified as Forkan Sikder, 38, of the village.
Police quoting locals people said, Forkan's nephew Kamrul quarrel with his son Sohel on Friday noon. At one stage Forkan slapped both of them for quarreling over a trifling matter.
After that Minara Begum, being angered for slapping her son Kamrul hit Forkan with a sharp weapon, leaving him critically injured.
Locals admitted Forkan to Sadar Hospital and as his condition deteriorated he was shifted to Khulna Medical College Hospital where he died at 3am.
