Fire at fisheries office
Fire gutted valuables, including three computers, two photocopiers, and furniture at district fisheries office on Friday. Locals said the fire originated from an electric short circuit at 3:00pm and burnt down the valuables. On information, firefighters rushed to the spot and extinguished the blaze after two hours of frantic efforts.
