BSF hands over Bangladeshi
Bangladesh national, picked up by Indian Border Security Force (BSF) from Gowainghat border on Tuesday, was handed over to BDR following a flag meeting between the border guards of the two countries yesterday.
The Indian border guards picked up Idris Ali, 28, from near border pillar no 1266 while he was returning home from Koparbazar in Gowainghat upazila.
BSF handed over Idris to its Bangladesh counterpart soon after a company commander level flag meeting held at 3:00pm yesterday, said an official of 21 Rifles Battalion, Sylhet.
