Shipra goes to Cox’s Bazar to sue two SPs and 150 others; OC refuses to take case

Stamford University student Shipra Debnath went to Cox’s Bazar Police Station on Tuesday night to file a case against two superintendents of police and 150 others under the Digital Security Act on charge of circulating her private photos on social media, but the officer-in-charge of the police station did not take the case and instead suggested that Shipra file it with Ramu Police Station or with the cyber-crimes tribunal, Shipra’s lawyer has said.
