Razz will reign over film industry: Pori Moni

Pori Moni's luck quadrupled this year as she is enjoying the time of her life. She basking in the success of Sariful Razz's hattrick at the theatres, and her wonderful journey into motherhood with the birth of her son, Rajya.

The "Bishwoshundori" actress is full of praises for Razz's acting form with "Poran", "Hawa" and "Damal."

"I am extremely happy that Razz has been superseding himself with each of his performances. I am proud that he has scored a hat-trick in theatres. Razz's success is also my success and I really can't express in words how my happiness revolves around him and my son," said the actress.

"I want Razz to rule over the film industry, with his electrifying performances in movies. I want him to be loved by billions of fans with his powerful movies. His happiness and success is what keeps me driving and this is what is dearest to my heart," added the actress.

Pori Moni has watched both "Poran" and "Hawa" in theatres. Currently, the actress is eager to watch "Damal" along with her husband.

"After my birthday party, I was down with an extreme cold and cough, so I couldn't watch 'Damal' on its first and second days. However, I am hoping to watch the movie soon in the cinema halls. I have told Razz to book tickets for 'Damal', as I am dying to watch the movie. I really can't wait to watch the liberation war-based movie with my husband," said the actress.

Razz's popularity has skyrocketed so much that people are calling Pori Moni to praise his stint in "Damal".

"Everybody is praising Razz's performance in 'Damal'.  People have been constantly calling him over the phone to rave about his acting. People who couldn't get hold of him tried to reach me to praise his bicycle kick, and powerful acting in the film. I have always wanted this in my life," mentioned the actress.

Pori Moni has requested her fans to watch "Damal", and stay with Bangladeshi movies.

"I would request my fans to come and watch 'Damal' along with your family and friends in theatres. It is a wonderful film and you will truly love it," said the actress.

Sariful Razz has been busy promoting his newly released movie "Damal" throughout Dhaka. Pori Moni finds that quality extremely attractive in her husband.

Pori Moni said, "Razz has an extraordinary love for movies. You can't be an artiste if you don't devour your heart and soul into films. He is a complete package when it comes to acting and he will go very far in the future."

When asked about what pulls her towards Razz's acting, the actress blushed and replied that she is an ardent fan of the actor.

‘Damal’: How did it do initially?

"I really love his acting and his performance in 'Hawa', 'Poran'  and 'Gunin' is what pulled me towards his brilliant acting skills. I am just waiting how he outshined himself in 'Damal," said the actress.

Pori Moni and Sariful Razz fell madly in love when they started working together in Gias Uddin Selim's "Gunin". Currently, the actress awaits the release of her films "Maa" and "Adventure of Sundarban" in theatres.
