Deepto TV to premiere multi-generational serial ‘Parampara’

 Deepto TV is set to elevate Dhaka's television landscape with its new mega serial "Parampara". Built around family values, generational conflicts, and love stories, "Parampara" will air from January 3 every Thursday and Saturday at 9:30 PM on Deepto TV, Deepto Play, and Deepto TV's digital platforms.

"Parampara" is essentially a family saga centered on the life philosophies, values, and relationship dynamics of three generations. Nahiyan, who grew up in England, returns to Dhaka after a long time and struggles to adapt to the new social and family environment. His modern lifestyle and thinking clash with the traditional perspectives of the joint family members. Under one roof, three generations' love, conflicts, attempts at adjustment, and the depth of relationships gradually take the story through various emotional turns.

The screenplay for "Parampara" has been written by Afifa Mohsina Oroni. Directed by Ashish Roy, the serial features performances by Dolly Zahur, Shatabdi Wadud, Sushama Sarker, Mili Bashar, Sanjida Mila, Shanarei Devi Shanu, and others. 

With its focus on intergenerational dynamics and the balance between tradition and modernity, "Parampara" promises to be a compelling addition to Bengali television drama.​​​​​​​​​
