Created by Raj & DK under the D2R Films banner, the upcoming instalment raises the stakes higher than ever. "The hunter becomes the hunted," teased the creators, suggesting that Srikant will confront a threat capable of dismantling both his career and family.

Season 3 welcomes Jaideep Ahlawat as the enigmatic antagonist Rukma and Nimrat Kaur as Meera, joining returning cast members Sharib Hashmi (JK Talpade), Priyamani (Suchitra Tiwari), Ashlesha Thakur (Dhriti), Vedant Sinha (Atharv), Shreya Dhanwanthary (Zoya), and Gul Panag (Saloni). The series is co-directed by Raj & DK, alongside Suman Kumar and Tusshar Seyth, who also share writing credits.

Nikhil Madhok, Director and Head of Originals at Prime Video India, described "The Family Man" as "a benchmark in Indian long-format storytelling", adding that the upcoming season delivers "the perfect mix of humour, emotion, and adrenaline — a blend that audiences worldwide have come to expect."
