Mitu murder: FIR accused Shaku arrested by Rab

Rapid Action Battalion has arrested FIR accused Saidul Islam Alias Shaku, 45, in connection with the much talked about Mitu murder case.

A murder case was filed by Mitu's -- wife of former SP Babul Akter -- father earlier today.

Rab Hathazari Camp Commander Major Mushfiq told The Daily Star, "Rab men arrested Shaku from Ranirhat Bazar area of Rangunia upazila at around 10:00am in connection with the newly filed Mitu murder case."

"He will be handed over to Panchlaish police station later," he added.
