Body of a youth found hanging in Rayer Bazar graveyard

Police recovered the body of a youth hanging from a tree inside Rayer Bazar graveyard in Mohammadpur this morning.

The identity of the deceased, aged between 25 and 30, could not be known yet.

On information, a team of police rushed to the spot and found the body around 10:00am.

Police sent it to Shaheed Suhrawardy Medical College Hospital morgue for autopsy in the afternoon, said Abdul Latif, officer-in-charge of Mohammadpur Police Station.

Police also said the deceased's knees were touching the ground when they found the body. 

An autopsy will be conducted tomorrow to determine the cause of his death.
