Woman held with Yaba

Detective Branch (DB) of Police arrested a woman along with 550 Yaba tablets in Bhandaria upazila of the district on Saturday. The arrestee is Farzana, 32, a resident of Nalbuniya village in the upazila, also daughter of Ashraf Ali of Morelganj upazila of Bagerhat district. A police team, acting on a tip-off, raided Batala village, detained Farzana and seized the Yaba tablets from her possession around 7:45pm, said police.
