Weaver hacked to death

A weaver was hacked to death in Delduar upazila of the district. The deceased is Ashraf Ali, 45, of Gojiabari village in the upazila. Police and family sources said Ashraf went out of home on Sunday and since then he remained missing. Informed by locals, police recovered the body from a paddy field near Binduria village around 10:30am on Monday. The body was sent to Tangail Medical College Hospital morgue for autopsy, said Mosharaf Hossain, officer-in-charge of Delduar Police Station.
