Under trial prisoner dies

An under trial prisoner died at Pabna Medical College Hospital yesterday. The deceased is Md Shraban, 26, son of Anwar Hossain of Sara Gopalpur village in Ishwardi upazila of the district. Four days ago, he came to the district jail in a case for drug peddling. Shraban was admitted to the hospital after he felt severe chest pain in the jail around 8:30am. He died there around 9:00am, said Jail Superintendent Md Obaidur Rahman.
