Two electrocuted

Two tailors died from electrocution at Rahmatpur in the district yesterday. Golam Rasul, sub-inspector of Keraniganj Model Police Station, said Raju, 23, and Shaheen, 25, used to live at a tin-shed house, built on the rooftop of a four-storey building. Raju and Shaheen got electrocuted while hanging a wet towel on an electric wire on the roof. Meanwhile, three people, including a woman and two children, residents of the same building, suffered burn injuries in a gas riser explosion soon after the incident of electrocution.
