Two drug peddlers held

Members of Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) arrested two alleged drug peddlers with 200 grams of heroin from Kansat-Gopalnagar area in Shibganj upazila of the district on Wednesday. The arrestees are Shoaebur Rahman, 55, son of Dost Mohammad, and Mojibur Rahman, 40, son of Sadul Ibrahim of Bag Durgapur village in the upazila. On secret information, a team of Rab-5 raided the area at night and arrested the two with the heroin, said Assistant Superintendent of Police Shahidur Rahman of Chapainawabganj Rab camp.
