Three kids drown

Three kids drowned in Thakurgaon and Jamalpur districts yesterday. Our Thakurgaon correspondents reported that two minor boys drowned while taking a bath in Gobra river in Tentulia upazila yesterday noon. The deceased were identified as Sohel, 8, son of Abul Kalam, and Ratan, 8, son of Ali Akbor, of Dangapara village in the upazila. In Jamalpur, three-year-old Jamal, son of Suja Mia of Shyamerpara village in Sarishabari upazila, drowned while he was playing nearby a pond adjacent to his house at noon, reports our correspondent.
