Saraswati idol vandalised in Brahmanbaria

Unidentified miscreants vandalised an idol of goddess Saraswati in Nasirnagar upazila of Brahmanbaria.

The incident took place early today in Chatolpar Degree College at Chatolpar union, reports our Brahmanbaria correspondent quoting police and locals.

Locals suspect the incident occurred early in the morning before anyone came to the spot.

Two teachers of the school found the vandalised idol when they went to the spot in the morning, in-charge of Chatolpar police line Ranjan Kumar was quoted as saying.
