Priests get training on creating social values

Priests were given training on creating awareness against militancy, child marriage, dowry and other social crimes under a project of the Hindu Kalyan Trust at the Primary Teachers' Training Institute in Saptibari under Aditmari upazila of Lalmonirhat in the last one week.

Fifty priests took part in the training.

"We got training on how to create awareness about fighting militancy, and we will use our knowledge if we face such a situation," they said, adding that they will share the knowledge with the Hindu people in their villages.
