Newborn found dead

Police recovered the body of a newborn from Nagarpur upazila in the district yesterday. Locals found the body under Sarakbhanga Bridge in Mamudnagar union in the upazila and informed the police. The law enforcers rushed to the spot, recovered the body and sent it to Tangail Medical College Hospital morgue for autopsy, said Sub-Inspector Abdul Haque of Nagarpur Police Station.
