Madrasa student found dead in Bagerhat

Body of a 10-year-old madrasa student was recovered from Bagerhat's Morrelganj upazila this morning.

The deceased was identified as Hasibul Sheikh, a student of Alhaj Rahmatiya Sriti Shishu Sadan Hafeji and Qawmi Madrasa, reports our local correspondent quoting Morrelgonj Upazila Nirbahi Officer Md Delwar Hossain.

According to locals, two students saw the body of Hasibul near the madrasa after Fajr prayer and informed madrasa authorities.

Monirul Islam, officer-in-charge of Morrelganj Police Station, said they have recovered the body upon getting information.

The body was sent to a local hospital for autopsy.
