Indurkani OC removed

AKM Nizamul Haque, officer in charge (OC) of Indurkani Police Station in Zianagar upazila under the district, was removed to Pirojpur Police Lines yesterday.

"We have removed the OC for administrative reasons," said Pirojpur Superintendent of Police Md Walid Hossain.

Earlier on December 16, Nizamul Haque was present at the Victory Day programme where Zianagar Upazila Parishad Chairman Masood Sayedee, son of convicted war criminal and Jamaat-e-Islami leader Delawar Hossain Sayedee, gave gifts to the local freedom fighters.
