Fake army man arrested

Police arrested a fake army man from Utholy under Shivalaya upazila in the district yesterday. They also recovered a wireless set, 16 mobile sets, 22 mobile SIM-cards and a bag inscribed with the word army from his possession. The arrestee is Tanvir Ahmed of Tungibari in Munshiganj district. Tanvir introducing himself as a major has been cheating people for long, said Superintendent of Police Mahfuzur Rahman.
