Eight HSC examinees expelled

Eight students were expelled from two HSC examination centres in Rajapur upazila of the district yesterday for cheating in the English first paper examination, said ABM Sadikur Rahman, Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) of Rajapur. Of the expellees, five are from Adakhola High School centre while the rest from Lalmonhamid Mohila College Centre.The district administration and Barisal Education Board arranged special teams to conduct the examinations at four centres in the upazila.
