Drug trader held

Members of Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) arrested an alleged drug trader with 1984 bottles of phensidyl from his house at Uttar Chandpur village in Shibganj upazila of the district on Friday night. The arrestee is Saidur Rahman, 55, son of Moslem Morol of the village. On secret information, a team of Rab-5 raided the house around 8:20pm and arrested Saidur with the phensidyl, said Assistant Superintendent of Police Shahidar Rahman of Chapainawabganj Rab camp. The arrestee was later handed over to Shibganj Police Station.
