Drug peddler arrested

Police arrested a drug peddler with 100 grams of heroin from Bidirpur in Godagari upazila of the district on Tuesday morning. The arrestee is Enarul Islam, 40, a resident of the area. Officer-in-Charge of Godagari Model Police Station SM Abu Farhad said, on secret information, a police team raided the area in the morning and arrested Enarul with the heroin.  A case was filed against Enarul under the Narcotics Control Act, said the OC.
