Drug addict jailed

A mobile court sentenced a drug addict to three months' imprisonment at Padumshaher village in Saghata upazila of the district yesterday.

The convict is Mostaque Ahmed, 24, son of Abdur Rashid of the village.

Police and family sources said Mostaque often misbehaved with his parents and other family members for money for buying drugs.

To arrange money, he used to steal domestic articles from home and neighbours.
