DMP to assist individual relief organisers for better coordination

Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) today said anyone who wants to provide relief individually can seek help from law enforcers and they will get assistance.

Due to the coronavirus outbreak, a lot of relief distributions are being arranged, where many people tend to crowd, said Sohel Rana, assistant inspector general (Media) of Police Headquarters.

To avoid such large gatherings during relief operations, people have been requested to enlist the help of law enforcers during individual relief drives, the police official said.
