Directorate of registration collects Tk 2,072 crore as revenue in Oct, Nov

The Directorate of Registration has collected Tk 2,072 crore as revenue through registrations of 6,42,534 deeds in the last two months—October and November--this year.

Inspector General of Registration (IGR) Shahidul Alarm Jhinuk today sent a letter to the law ministry to this effect, saying that the sub registry offices across the country have completed the registrations of 3,32,510 deeds strictly following the health guidelines and collected Tk 1,209.86 crore as revenue in November.

Earlier in October, the sub registry offices have collected Tk 862.74 crore as revenue through conducting registrations of 310,024 deeds across the country, IGR Shahidul Alam said in the letter.
