Cuet graduate gets job at Google

A fresh graduate of Chittagong University of Engineering Technology (CUET) has been appointed as the software engineer at Google, the largest search engine in the globe.

Yamin Iqbal, who accomplished his bachelor degree in Computer Science and Engineering from CUET this year, got the appointment letter from google on Wednesday.

Yamin, hailed from Chhattogram, said after enrolment at engineering university, he wanted to work on great technological projects that may help many people improve their lives.

“In that sense, working at Google means I get chances to increase my engagement with people through developing people-oriented projects,” he added.

Yamin said he got the chance at Google as he was able to give quick answers to the questions and successfully solve all the tasks during his performance test.

Yamin said he will leave for Taiwan soon and join at Google at the first week of February, next year.
