Boy dies in wall collapse

A minor boy was killed in a wall collapse in Bhurvuria tea garden area under Srimangal upazila of the district early yesterday. The victim is Jit Mudi, 8, son of tea worker Ganesh Mudi of the area. Locals said when Jit was playing in the tea garden, its boundary wall collapsed on him. Seriously injured Jit was rushed to Sylhet MAG Osmani Medical College where on-duty doctors declared him dead.
