5 held with Yaba

Members of Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) in a drive arrested five people with 2.70 lakh Yaba tablets in Sadar upazila of Cox's Bazar district early yesterday. Identities of the arrestees could not be known immediately. Acting on a tip-off, a team of Rab-7 raided the area and seized the Yaba from a fishing boat. They also arrested the five from the spot, said Miftah Uddin Ahmed, commanding officer of Rab-7.
