2,000 river demarcation pillars in Dhaka disputed

Task force responsible for monitoring the depth and natural flow of important rivers surrounding Dhaka today said 2,000 demarcation pillars, out of 6,000, are disputed.

The disputed 2,000 demarcation pillars will be reinstated after a survey to be conducted by the district administration, said Shipping Minister Shahjahan Khan, also the president of the task force, told journalists this afternoon.
