2 drown in Panchagarh

Two children drowned in ponds at Dokropara and Jalashi villages in Panchagarh municipality area yesterday. The deceased were a one-and-a-half-year old Rohan, son of Mofidul Islam of Jalasi village, and Md Manik, 13, son of Ashraful Islam of Dokropara. Family sources said the two fell into ponds near their home while playing on its bank and drowned.
