Youth dies from electrocution

A youth died from electrocution early yesterday in Kawkhali upazila of Pirojpur.

The deceased is Shawkat Hossain, 32, son of Nurul Haque of Mukterkathi village.

Locals said   Shawkat came in contact with live electric wire while fixing cable TV connection to a house of his village.

Rescuing him from there locals took him to Kawkhali Upazila Health Complex where the on-duty doctor declared him dead.
