Worker dies as staff bus hits him

A worker of a jute mill was killed as a staff bus hit him at Gokulnagar of Ishwardi in Pabna early yesterday.

The dead is Md. Sumon Ali, 25, son of Shaheb Ali of Natore's Lalpur upazila, was working at MM Jute, Fibers and Industries located in Ishwardi.

Police said the bus hit Sumon when he was waiting in front of the factory, leaving him dead on the spot.

No case was lodged in this regard.
