Two killed in Pabna road crash

Two people were killed and two others injured as a bus hit a rickshaw-van puller on Dhaka-Pabna highway in Borat village of Santhia upazila in Pabna yesterday.

Anwara Khatun, 45, teacher of Kashinathpur High School; and Md Rejaul Islam Fakir, 40, rickshaw-van puller, who hailed from Borat, died on the spot, said police.

The other two injured passengers of the rickshaw-van were admitted to Bera Upazila Health Complex in critical condition.
