Tk 11.43 lakh stolen from Ctg airport cargo shed

A total of Tk 11.43 lakh was stolen from a steel locker at the manager's office in the cargo shed of Chittagong's Shah Amanat International Airport between Thursday evening and Saturday noon.

Airport Manager Wing Commander Reazul Kabir yesterday said the stolen money, which was collected as revenue, was kept in the locker on Thursday afternoon. A case was filed with Patenga Police Station yesterday while formation of a probe committee is underway.
