Three held with snake venom, arms in capital

A  team of Rapid Action Battalion (Rab)-10 yesterday arrested three persons with 12 pounds of cobra venom, worth about Tk 45 crore, from the ground floor of a four-storey building in the capital's Lalbagh, said a Rab press release.

The arrestees are Abul Hossain, Kazi Nasir Uddin and Abu Muhit Ahmed.

Rab also seized a pistol with three rounds of bullets.
