Seminar on cancer held at CU

Aiming to create awareness about Lymphoma, a type of cancer that affects the immune system due to the impact of environment and food habit, a seminar was held at Chittagong University (CU) yesterday.

The Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology of CU organised the seminar titled "Immune Evasion by B-Cell Lymphoma".

Abu Sadat Mohammad Noman, chairman of the department, and Dr Azizul Haque, associate professor of Microbiology and Immunology Department of Medical University of South Carolina in the US.
