Road crashes kill two, injure three

A person was killed and three others were injured as a CNG-run auto-rickshaw collided head-on with a truck in Monsefpur area of Kaliganj upazila in Gazipur yesterday.

The deceased was Dulal, 45, of Tongi.

Meanwhile in Satkhira Sadar, Sakibur Rahman, 14, son of Shamsur Rahman of Daksin Katiya was killed when his motorcycle dashed against a parked car on Shaheed Nazmul Sarani road in Stadium Bridge area.
