Road crashes kill two, injure four

A four-year-old boy was killed and four of his family members were injured when a microbus hit a three-wheeler carrying them at Ramjanbibi on Chowmuhani-Maijdee road in Noakhali yesterday.

The deceased was Siam, son of Sujon Mia of Uttar Eklashpur village. The injured are Siam's father, mother Suraiya, sister Sinthia, 6, and his cousin Robin, 8.

Meanwhile in Nilphamari, Babu Islam, 68, of Monohori Para village was killed when a minibus ran him over at Bora Gari in Domar upazila.
