Road crashes kill 3

Two motorcyclists were killed when their vehicle collided head-on with a bus on Chittagong-Cox's Bazar highway in Notun Poura Bus Stand area of Patiya upazila in Chittagong yesterday.

The deceased were Kamrul Huda Azad, 22, of Lohagara upazila and Mahmudul Hasan Shaon, 25, of Bandarban Sadar.

In Thakurgaon Sadar, truck helper Soleman Ali Pramanik, 50, of Bogra was killed when a bus ran him over on Panchagarh-Dhaka highway in Chowdhuryhat village yesterday.

Soleman was directing the truck driver in front of the vehicle while it was move on the opposite side of the road when the incident occurred.
