Nurul president, Aminul secy of journalists' housing assoc

Senior journalists Nurul Huda and Aminul Haque have been elected president and secretary respectively of the Dhaka Sangbadik Griho Sangsthan Samabay Samity for the next three years.

The election was held at the Samity office at the capital's Mirpur Journalists Housing on Friday.

Nurul Huda-Aminul Haque panel swept the election by beating Ruhul Amin Gazi-Afzal Hossain Palash panel.

Other elected office bearers of the 12-member committee are Vice President Rafiqul Islam, Joint Secretary Mobarak Hossain and Treasurer Amzad Hossain, and members Qayum Khan Milon, Shahadat Hossain, Abdul Majid, Enayet Hossain Khan, Abul Hossain, Ziaul Huq and Sajjad Hossain Khan.
